Edge TTS is a free web-based text-to-speech tool that converts written text into spoken audio using Microsoft's Edge TTS engine. The Service also generates subtitle files (VTT and SRT formats). The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you submit for conversion. You must not use the Service to generate audio from content that:

• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Promotes illegal activities or harmful behavior

4. Intellectual Property

The audio and subtitle files generated through the Service are yours to use freely for both personal and commercial purposes. The underlying TTS technology and voices are provided by Microsoft and are subject to their respective terms. The Edge TTS website design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of generated audio output.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge TTS and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or content-related claims.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also impose usage limits if necessary to maintain service quality for all users.
